After having five or six different screen and gutter companies come out to give an estimate, it was crystal-clear which company to do business with. The best price by far, and the work Santiago did was absolutely exceptional. Walt and Santiago make a perfect team and their service is truly unparalleled. 10/10 A++++++++

Santiago did an excellent job replacing the screens and corrugated polycarbonate clear panels on my large and small patios. Work was done in a timely manner, communication was awesome and clean-up was done immediately. Walter kept his word! I love how the patios look now.

Walt and Santiago were fantastic. My husband and I could not be more pleased with the work they did for us and we highly recommend them. Communication was great throughout and project completed on budget. We needed fascia repair and termite tenting in addition to the enclosure work, our timeline was pretty complex specially because our roofing company was delayed fixing the fascia. Walt and Santiago were understanding and flexible, they honestly made a complex and stressful project (for me) and made it simple we can't recommend them highly enough - Thank you Sunshine Screen!

I spoke with Walt that my screen enclosure needed to be fixed. Santiago came to my house to assess the issue. I was in a time crunch as I was off from work. Walt and Santiago made it happen. The workmanship is amazing. It actually looks better than the screening that I first received in 1995. I highly recommend Sunshine Screen.

The Sunshine Screen team did an amazing job prepairing our pool screen for house tenting for termites. They took what was one more potetial headache and made it simple to manage with easy scheduling before and after the tenting. They provided professional and quality service while onsite and fair and transparent pricing. It was a great experience overall and I will use them for future screen repair and installation service.

Outstanding work by these experts. We called Sunshine screen USA and spoke to Walt who gave us a great plan to repair our pool screen enclosure, which began to detach from the wood fascia. Santiago came to our house the next day and told us what it should take. Walt gave us an estimate of the cost and timing and Santiago kept me posted all along the way and Walt kept us in the loop as well. They showed up when they said they would, which unfortunately is very rare, they worked around the rain and went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied with their work. They are extremely knowledgeable and exceptionally professional, I will only use Sunshine Screen and recommend them to my family and friends (which i only do with the best). Thank you Santiago and Walt!

This was not our first rodeo with Sunshine Screen. They are our go to company for screen related jobs. High quality work and always fairer priced, Walt has a very good handle of the business and is very experienced. Santiago is always well mannered, knowledgeable and very hard working. I don't remember how I got the Sunshine Screen card but I found it with some old business cards from many, many years ago. I needed my front porch re-screened and after calling several other companies without any response, decided to call Mr.Walt. He acknowledged that the card I had was when he was located in North Miami. We scheduled a date for an estimate and Mr. Santiago came and was very professional, knowledgeable, and clearly explained what needed to be done. The price was more than fair. My front porch was re-screened and looks beautiful. I'm very elated and pleased to have obtained service from Sunshine Screen USA and would highly recommend them.

I am not one to typically leave reviews, but felt this company deserves to be recognized for an outstanding job. Called around and searched online for reputable companies and saw a few recommendations for Sunshine Screen.
Responsive:
When I called to get a quote late on Saturday, I didn't expect to get a callback within a few minutes! Even after my quote I had a few questions. Walt was there to answer every one.
Professional:
Estimate and install was done by a gentleman named Santiago. His workmanship was impeccable and he is absolutely a professional at what he does. Not only did he install new screens throughout, he made sure all of the doors, handles, and hinges were working like new.
Fair Pricing and great quality materials, I priced out several companies prior from handyman companies, to other screen installation companies, and Sunshine Screen has very competitive pricing. I am sure you will find many people in South Florida that will offer discount pricing. My experience is that you get what you pay for. With Sunshine Screen you get quality materials and workmanship for a fair price, which is my opinion is the best value.

What a wonderful experience we had with Walter and Santiago at Sunshine Screen USA. Walters communication and follow up was stellar and Santiago, the gentleman who did the repairs, was extremely polite and punctual. The pool screen was very well repaired and was all for a reasonable price. Being a non-Spanish speaker in Miami I also appreciate that communication was no issue at all. When we need our pool screen repaired in the future or wish to expand it we will definitely call sunshine screen USA. AAA+++ Thank you Walter and Santiago!

We have used sunshine screen for 10yrs or longer. Walt has never disappointed us. He has always kept his word and is reliable. He arrives when he says he will arrive, the quality of his work is excellent and the screens, door, and locks are of excellent quality. The only screen repairs we have needed were due to bad weather, and locks replaced because of age. If asked I would give 10 stars.

I recently had my house tented for termites and had to have the screening separated. When the screen was to be put back, it had to be totally replaced because of its age, not only was i given a really good price for the entire screening but the entire pool/patio area looked great. Not only were they extremely neat, but the entire pool area was pressure cleaned and we all know in rainy season what a challenge that is to keep a patio area cleaned. I was very happy that i chose Sunshine Screen.

The Best! I had my screen enclosure done twice before using Sunshine Screen. There is no comparison. They were prompt, professional, courteous, friendly and good at what they do. They did a thorough job changing the door hardware, anchoring and reinforcing the frame. Used American made products. Walter and Bobby and Anthony, thank you for your professional job. They also cleaned after themselves when they finished, no mess, no garbage. Their price was more than fair.

I called them this morning and they came about an hour later to give me an estimate. The price was good so I hired them and they completed the work today. They did a beautiful job, professional, and certainly quickly. I definitely recommend them and will use them again. I found them by googling screens near Miami. I took a chance and found a good one!
